COVID-19 Guidelines & Resources
(Click for MORE)
With continued variants of COVID-19 circulating, the Fenmore urges residents to get vaccinated and be observant of current recommendations and restrictions regarding face coverings and social distancing to protect yourself as well as your neighbors.
The CDC recommends “Everyone ages 6 months and older should get the 2024–2025 COVID-19 vaccine. This includes people who have received a COVID-19 vaccine before and people who have had COVID-19.” For information on the vaccines and where to get one you can visit one of these

The vaccines are highly effective at preventing serious disease, hospitalization and death. However, as variants to the COVID virus continue to develop, “break-through” cases (COVID infections in vaccinated individuals) continue to occur. For this reason, masks and social distancing may continue to be recommended (or required) in various circumstances. We ask residents to use their judgement and be considerate of their neighbors, particularly where social distancing (approx. 6 ft) is not practical: in elevators, near mailboxes and in laundry rooms.

Also, if you are new to living in a condominium community we also recommend reading the “Condo 101” section of the 2025 Fenmore Resident Information Handbook (pg 4). A limited number of printed copies are available from the Fenmore Maintenance Office or you can view or download a PDF copy from the link above. In the Handbook you will find information about the Fenway neighborhood, the managment company, intercom and security systems, trash disposal, recycling, laundry rooms, parking, bicycle storage, parking, and much more. The Frequently Asked Questions page also has useful information for new owners and residents.
Building Access System
(Click for MORE)
The Fenmore has eliminated the standard metal keys to unlock the front, rear and laundry room doors and replaced them with a Bluetooth
enabled electronic access system.
Once you register with the Lundgren Management (http://lundgrenmanagement.com/notify_move.php) you can download an app that will run on your mobile device (smart phone) and allow you to gain access to your building or laundry room.

Laundry Room FEATURES: In addition to coin operation, the laundry equipment in each building can now be operated with an app on your smartphone so you can pay with you credit or debit card. In addition to payment, the app also allows you to monitor the machine’s cycle from your unit and even get an alert when the load is finished. For more information on downloading and using the software go to the Laundry Room page.
NOTE: Air Conditioner Regulations: Large window air conditioners can be a safety hazard and damage building masonry so the Fenmore has set some new regulations and recommendations for these appliances and their installation. Please read the Window Air Conditioner Memo or contact the Fenmore Maintenance Office if you have questions.
The DOCUMENTS page contains important condominium documents (minutes, budget, insurance certification, etc.) for unit owners at the Fenmore. This page is restricted; owners received log-in instructions from Lundgren Management. If you have lost the log-in information contact Lundgren Management.
Check out the Frequently Asked Questions page for answers to several common questions of residents and owners.
